1. trouvessa.com caters to United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Bahrain.
2. All our Delivery and Shipments are managed by our Third Party Provider IQ Fulfillment.
3. We do not accept Cash on Delivery
4. The method of payment is always prepaid via Debit Card and/or Credit Card.
5. Shipments will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours within UAE and 7 to 15 days for most of the areas outside UAE.
6. Once AWB (Air Way Bill Number used to track your shipments) is generated by the shipping department, customers will be intimated by registered email and mobile number.
7. Free shipping on trouvessa.com orders will be applied on all orders within UAE. This will be applied to the currency displayed on your order, not based on conversion. This offer will be applied automatically at the checkout. The free shipping threshold is calculated after any discounts have been applied, and before any taxes, duties or fees are added at checkout.
8. All duties and taxes will be calculated as applicable by the country’s legislation and shipping terms
9. Shipping costs may vary based on your shipping address.
10. This service does not include free postal returns.
11. Orders placed outside of business hours (9 AM – 6 PM), after the cut-off time, and/or during any public holidays will be deemed placed on the first working day following the placement of the order.
12.  Order deliveries may face a delay due to including but not limited to bank holidays, season sales, promotional activities, and so on. Holidays, weekends & other factors might cause a delay in the shipping timeframe.

In line with the COVID-19 precautions, all orders are packaged and delivered taking all necessary precautions including usage of gloves & masks throughout the entire process. DELIVERY WITHIN UAE

All deliveries within UAE are free.

The cut off time for the Orders is 15:00 hours. All Orders placed within 15:00 hours will be delivered the next day.

For delivery orders to an out-of-service area, the Product will be delivered to the nearest Logistics office and delivered thereafter from there.

Delivery will be possible to these locations however it may require extra transit time.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

1. Unfortunately, we don’t deliver in every country. We currently deliver only in UAE, KSA, Oman and Bahrain.
2. International Shipping (Outside UAE) currently is chargeable.
3. All duty and taxes will be calculated as applicable by the country legislation and shipping terms
4. Shipping cost may vary based on your shipping address. After entering your delivery address at checkout, you will be able to view the delivery charges to your delivery location and cost applicable as per duties and taxes for your location.
5. This service does not include free postal returns.
6. Unfortunately, we are unable to combine your orders for delivery, if you place multiple orders they will be shipped separately, we are so sorry we are unable to assist further with this request.
7. For Fragrances, a maximum of 3 bottles of 100 ml or upto a value of AED1000 is permissible for each consolidated order of more than one piece. If you place an order for Fragrances for more than 3 bottles of 100 ml, the same will be delivered to you as two separate orders.
8. The cut off time for International Orders is 13:00 hours. All Orders placed within 13:00 hours will be processed for shipment.

For delivery orders to an out-of-service area, the Product will be delivered to the nearest Logistics office and delivered thereafter from there.
